Yann is a Principal within the firm’s banking & finance practice and provides legal advice and assistance with all matters relating to banking & finance generally as well as Luxembourg general business law.
He has particular expertise with finance, leveraged finance, securitisations, financial sector regulatory matters and aircraft finance. Yann has broad experience of secured lending transactions and of corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions.
Yann graduated from the University of Nancy II (France) with a master degree in private law and a post-graduate diploma (D.E.A.) in European history of law. He also obtained a post-graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) in business law from the University of Strasbourg III (France). He has been a lecturer at the faculty of law of the University of Nancy II since 2006.
A French national, Yann was admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 2002 and speaks English and French.
