Stéphane became partner of Oostvogels Pfister Feyten in 2004.
Stéphane heads the firm’s banking & finance practice and has been with the firm since its inception back in 1999. His key practice areas include banking & finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and general business law.
With around 15 years of experience, he has a strong expertise in major international transactions and in respect of Luxembourg finance, leveraged finance, securitisations, financial sector regulatory matters, and aircraft finance also. He has broad experience of secured lending transactions and of corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions.
Stéphane currently assists a broad range of clients including companies and financial institutions in each of these areas. A French national, he graduated from the University of Nancy II (France) and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1994. He is a speaker at a number of domestic and international events and both Stéphane and his department have been recommended in key legal publications such as Chambers Europe, an international legal directory.
