Stef is a founding partner of Oostvogels Pfister Feyten and also heads the firm’s corporate practice.
With over 20 years of professional experience, his expertise extends to areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, corporate law, international taxation, and general business law.
Stef has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1990 and a member of the Brussels Bar since 1987. He has been widely accredited for his work in Corporate and M&A in key legal guides and has also served as managing partner within the firm for ten years during the period 1999-2009. Through his work, Stef has advised across a broad range of major international transactions.
Stef graduated from the University of Brussels and the University of Louvain (Belgium). He is a speaker at several international seminars on corporate law, taxation and finance. He is also a member of many relevant industry bodies in Luxembourg and internationally.
