Oostvogels Pfister Roemers changes name to Oostvogels Pfister Feyten
July 2007: Oostvogels Pfister Roemers announces that it has changed its name to Oostvogels Pfister Feyten. Partner, Frédéric Feyten who joined the firm in 2006 and who is renowned for his experience in international taxation will now be represented in the firm’s name going forwards and will continue to head the Tax Department.
The existing partnership remains responsible for overseeing each of the firm’s specialised practice areas. Stef Oostvogels will continue to head the Private Equity and M&A Departments and François Pfister will continue to oversee the Investment Funds Group. Stéphane Hadet will lead the Banking and Finance Practice, Martine Gerber-Lemaire remains responsible for overseeing the Restructuring Group and Real Estate Department and Delphine Tempé will oversee the general Corporate Practice. Frédéric Feyten continues to head the Tax Practice.
