Isabelle joined Oostvogels Pfister Feyten in June 2007 and is a partner within the firm's corporate practice.
She specialises in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
She focuses on private-equity transactions and regularly advises private equity and investment firms as well as real estate funds on the setting-up of unregulated private-equity funds and acquisition structures. Isabelle also advises major international corporations in relation to their general corporate affairs, migrations and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Isabelle worked for a major Benelux law firm as well as in the London and Luxembourg office for one of the largest UK law firms. Isabelle was admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 2001 and graduated from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) with a "Licence en Droit" in 1999.
A Belgian national, she speaks English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
