Françoise joined Oostvogels Pfister Feyten in 2007 as partner. Her key practice areas include corporate finance, international banking, securities regulations and stock exchange listings. Françoise regularly advises financial institutions and corporate borrowers in secured lending transactions and has further particular expertise in securitisations and IPOs. She has also a strong background in corporate and general business law.
Before joining the firm, Françoise established and headed the banking and finance team of a major Benelux law firm. Prior to that, she practiced in the international capital markets department of a leading international law firm and has been an in-house counsel of the Luxembourg Central Bank. Françoise graduated from the University of Strasbourg and holds an LL.M in International Business law from Kings College London. She has been a member of the Luxembourg bar since 1996. A Luxembourg national, Françoise speaks English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
